Making a Volcano

This is the sand mix for the volcano.

We mixed the sand mix and put it on the plastic dish

We have been learning about Volcanoes. Alex brought in his kit to make his own volcano. On Monday Alex is going to show us how it erupts. We can not wait to see what happens. Alex said "I loved making the volcano but I want to bring food colouring in when we explode it".

My Weekend

This ute is similar to my Dads one that I drove.

On Saturday me and Dad and Mum took the dog to Rabbit Island.  Then we picked up pinecones.  Then Dad asked me to drive the ute because dad was busy picking up pinecones and Mum was sitting in the passenger seat to make sure that I did everything right.

Alex's Intrests

I am standing next to my Youth Ministock, that I race in the weekends. I like that my car because it is a manuel, and handels really good especially in the wet.   They have to wet the track because it is clay, and some cars need it wet to drift.   I race in the 12-17 age group.   This is the last season my sister will race in this age group, so next season will have my car all to myself.  We have a really big championship coming up in two weeks, but I will need to qualify to race.  I like racing because I have have a interest in cars, and I would like to drive in the Street Stocks one day.
